Refund and Exchange Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy for all items acquired from our website. For a return to be valid, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when received, and packaged in its original wrapping. A refund will be processed within 14 days from the receipt of the returned item. Please be aware that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are accountable for covering the expenses related to returning the item.

If the product you purchased is available in US stocks, you have the right to return it within 14 days from the delivery date. However, if the product is sent from overseas factories, it falls into the special order category. Since the products ordered in the special order category are sent via factories abroad, returns are not accepted by the factories.


Return and Exchange Guidelines

If you wish to initiate a return or exchange, please adhere to the following guidelines:

1. Refund Requests: You may request a refund within 14 days from the date of delivery. To begin the refund process, kindly follow the instructions outlined in our return policy and share the shipment’s tracking number with us. If you opt for an exchange outside of this 14-day window, a refund will not be issued unless it is found to be defective.

2. Exchange Period: Product exchanges are permissible within 14 days from the date of delivery.

3. Return Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please follow the specific instructions detailed in our return policy.

4. Refund Processing Time: Once your returned item reaches our fulfillment center, please allow up to 2 business days for the refund to be processed.

5. Shipping Duration: Note that it may take up to 25 days for your returned item to reach our facility.

6. Refund Arrival: After processing, it may take 3-5 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.

In order to qualify for a full refund, your return must adhere to the following conditions:

Condition of the Watch or Strap: The watch or strap must be returned in its original, unaltered, and undamaged condition. It should not have been worn or modified in any way.

Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging, including any protective film that was originally applied to the product. Removal of this film may void the return eligibility.

Quality Inspection: Any items returned that do not pass our quality inspection (e.g., showing signs of wear, scratches, or damage) will be returned to you, and no refund will be issued in such cases.

Please be aware that we reserve the right to decline a refund if the returned product does not meet the above criteria.
